Provider Membership Terms

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

1. Membership Overview

Transition House Heroes offers tiered membership plans for housing providers who wish to receive placement referrals through our network. By subscribing to a membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership Tiers & Pricing

Current monthly membership options:

  • Vetted Access: $97/month - Entry-level partnership with standard placement routing
  • Priority Routing: $397/month - Priority placement routing with faster response SLAs
  • Market Control: $997/month - Geographic or category exclusivity with first-look access

Pricing is subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect for existing members.

3. Billing & Payment

  • All memberships are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current paid period.

5. Refund Policy

No Prorated Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable for partial months. When you cancel, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

Exceptions: In cases of billing errors or unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately. We will review and process legitimate refund requests within 10 business days.

6. Provider Obligations

As a network provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your facility, services, and availability
  • Maintain any required licenses or registrations for your jurisdiction
  • Respond to placement inquiries in a timely manner (within SLA for your tier)
  • Operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your facility status or capacity

7. No Placement Guarantees

Membership does not guarantee any specific number of referrals or placements. Referral volume depends on placement requests received that match your facility's criteria and location.

8. Verification Process

Our verification process includes:

  • Business identity verification
  • Review and validation of available licensing/registration documentation where applicable
  • Review of program rules, intake criteria, and operational disclosures
  • Ongoing relationship management

Verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any kind. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Failure to maintain required licensing or compliance
  • Misrepresentation of facility information
  • Complaints from placed individuals or families
  • Any conduct we deem harmful to our network or reputation

In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
