• We do not own, operate, or manage any housing facilities.
• We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical advice or services.
• We do not guarantee placement availability, outcomes, or quality of any third-party facility.
• In case of medical emergency, call 911.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent yourself or your circumstances
• Conduct your own due diligence on any housing facility before committing

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to connect you with appropriate housing options, we cannot guarantee:

• Availability of any specific facility or placement
• The quality, safety, or suitability of any third-party housing provider
• Specific response times or placement timelines
• Any particular outcome from using our Service

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transition House Heroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any housing placement coordinated through our Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transition House Heroes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
